IPL Edition 4
The country is still not done with basking in the glory of the spectacular World Cup win. The celebrations are still on. But the obsession is gradually shifting bases to the money-spinning Indian Premier League. IPL4.0 is knocking on our door. Come April 8, and they'll kick-off a 51-day long gala affair of the affair between cricket and entertainment with the first game between IPL 3 champions Chennai Super Kings and SRK's Knight Riders.
This year's edition of the IPL features 2 new teams: Pune Warriors and Kochi Tuskers. IPL is world's richest cricket tournament, worth USD 4 billion in franchise fees and television rights. 74 matches would be played in this year's tournament and there's lot of moolah at stake.
